Deck Check is using cutting edge technology engineering methods to help property owners and their tenants to reclaim use of their outdoor decks improving safety, and simply comply with the state requirements per Senate Bill 721 and SB326 (the "balcony bill") in Marin County, San Francisco and the Bay Area.
State requirements have stiff fines if not compliant (up to $500/day), the deadline for the SB326 is set at the end of 2024, and for the SB721 at the end of 2025. There are 50,000 HOA and 37,630 Property Managers in California, and there are a lot of balconies and decks out there, all trying to meet the same deadlines. Get ahead of the game!
