The following are the main milestones that need to take place to complete the process. The duration of each milestone is an estimate and can vary from the expectations.

1) Pre-inspection site visit for quote preparation and for gathering all the existing relevant documentation (2 days)

2) Quote approval and project kickoff (5 days)

3) Preparation of site inspection schedule (4 days)

4) Inspections (approximately 2 to 6 balconies per day, depending on access difficulty)

5) Report preparation 

6) Report delivery to the HOA and the local code enforcement agency within 15 days from the date of completion
